All basic rules include:
- You submit the entries on the talk page. If you are completely sure you are done, go ahead and put it on the main page.
- When putting the entry on the talk page you can edit it, but not too drastically.
- If an entry is left on the talk page for 5 days unedited, it will be moved to main page.
- Exception: If a skill change came out and it affects the build harshly, you may re build it.
- All entries after the date won't count, even if they were better than the rest.
- Anonymous people can submit, but they won't get the prizes
