Issue: Again, I just think of this skill as underpowered and could use a small change ^^"
Suggestion: I was thinking of making it something like "Stance. For ?...?...?, your Signets recharge and activate ??% faster" maybe max 33% @ 15 Fast Casting ^^; ?cost/?recharge; I know its most likey not to be on the top of the list for skill balance, but I just wanted to share some of my ideas :P
