Hi! I'm a QA tester at ArenaNet, and have been since Guild Wars Nightfall. Our team works with and for all the other teams at ArenaNet to make sure that Guild Wars is as fun and functional as it can be. I worked in QA 6 years before coming here...but this is definitely the best job I've had.

If you see anything strange or buggy while playing Guild Wars, please make a post on one of Mike Zadorojny's bug pages. There is a box on the right that lets you pick a bug category.
