Here lieth the family page for the House of Keradwyn, member of the Followers of the True Path guild.

Members of the House[edit]

Paragon and Cool Girl. "Don't worship me because you have to. Do it because I deserve it."

Keradwyn Braouhg[edit]

Keradwyn (or "K.C." to her friends) represents the final evolution of Jack Delamar's Citadel law concerning the ascendancy of mortals, "Anyone can become as powerful as the universe can handle; anyone can Ascend." Despite Martin's own self-delusional claims of grandeur concerning Roger, it is K.C.'s will that is cosmic law and her every thought that becomes reality. Well, at least it *used* to, but these days, she's been "neutered" by causes unknown. Ironically, despite her previous retisence toward the use of her birthright ability, the loss of it causes her incredible vexation. In her words, "It's not that I want to *use* them, it's just that I'm being denied the option! Life is about choices. This is seriously pissing me off. Give me another brownie, would you?"

Necromancer. "Dead girls need love, too."

Mia Mortianis[edit]

Mia's mortal history is unknown to everyone, including herself. She only dimly recalls being "chosen" at a young age, and that her death brought her into Hell as a minor demon in the court of Redroch'tryn, who was at that time the reigning regeant of the Infernal Throne. Her incarnation into Tyria wasn't entirely successful, and she lurches about in a state of "mostly dead-ness." While generally friendly, she tends to take everything literally and has difficulty remembering how to interact with the living on their level. To Mia, life is a cosmic aberration that, while beautiful and useful, is far too chaotic and painful to willingly endure if presented with other options. Still, she does her best to be social, usually to the consternation and wincing distaste of many other Followers.

Warrior with Style. "Oh my GOD, Lyri, we are sooo BFF!"

Miriel Lavalius[edit]

Miriel's presence as one of the Followers is a twist of generational prerogative that has left some of the Players scratching their heads, but ultimately shrugging in acceptance. Her main concerns are proper hair care, dancing, chocolate, shopping with her best friend Illyria Karzamov, and killing whatever might need to be killed using her favorite axe. An excitable and emotional girl by nature, she has learned to temper her moods in order to be more compatible with her heart's desire, Allan Longblade. He, of course, remains elusively dedicated to his own path of honor and chastity, leaving poor Miriel to channel her sexual frustrations in her warrior training. Miriel is the daughter of the previous mortal incarnation of Karli Goodfellow, brought to Cantha through means unknown to any of the Followers.

Cosmic Assassin. "Hmm?"

Arin Almatharr[edit]

Like her twin brother, Orin Almatharr, Arin's arrival into the enclave of the Followers is a mystery. She shares many qualities with her twin - speaking in short sentences of strange stream-of-consciousness, habits of polite introversion, friendliness and an apparent unconcern for the distinctions between life and death as pertains to the soul. Arin is the yang to Orin' yin in another important way: as a spiritualist, Orin brings souls of the dead back to the plane of the living while, as an assassin, Arin sends the souls of the living to the planes of the dead. Her arrival in a mortal incarnation is viewed with forboding by some of the Followers as hints of the twins' true nature slowly reveals itself.

Dervish of Destiny. "That's Archangel of Prophecy, thank you so much."

Gabriel, the Steward[edit]

Heaven isn't what it used to be. Since the shifting of the Virtues and the subsequent fall of 99.9% of the remaining angelic Choir, Heaven has to get by with half-breeds, quasi-buddhas and the second-generational spawn of Desirus. In an effort to recruit Gaivus Corinth back into service as a Guardian, Gabriel made a bargain with the gods of Tyria to allow him/her to incarnate for a single mortal life on the surface, under the condition that he/she be in their direct service while in residence. Having failed to pry Gaivus from his choice to remain an independant contractor and from between Karli Goodfellow's thighs, Gabriel is left to fulfill her bargain to the Five Gods - Balthazarr, Dwayna, Lyssa, Melandru and Grenth. This leaves the historically non-combat oriented archangel with the undesirable position of being the only remaining original Angel left in the Choir with no more revelations to bestow on mortalkind. She spends most of her time debating whether or not she ought to simply retire her wings and leave Heaven to the next generation.

Magical MILF. "Do I have to keep the blindfold on the whole time? And I'm starting to lose feeling in my fingers."

Moira of Thimhallen[edit]

Moira is a beautiul but timid girl of late teen years, recruited to be a member of the Followers when it was decided that more elementists were needed to fill out the various party ranks. As a scion of Thimhallen (the planet located at the nexus center of all of the ley lines of the universe), Moira is an elementist by birth and blood as well as profession. She has the (unfortunate?) ability to channel the power of all of the raw magic in the universe through her body, a fact was not lost on Jeremiah Vichenberg, who takes advatnage of Moira's ultra-submissive personality in order to "tap" into her well-spring of power. Wilem Fuller has taken it upon himself to protect the budding magess from the ex-demon lord's unwanted advances.

Mezmer-izing. "It's okay to love me. You can't help it."

Karli Goodfellow[edit]

Marlena's ubiquitous character, Karli Goodfellow's various incarnations explore the nature of love, how it's translated into human terms, how we develop our perceptions of love and, ultimately, how to give love to others.

Karli Goodfellow was brought to Elona by Wilem Fuller, her best friend and fellow musician and performer. Karli spends almost all of her time tanning and spending intimate time with her lover, Giavus, who has finally fulfilled her fantasies of having that studly warrior boyfriend who is both romantic and totally devoted.

Self centered and vain, Karli is also generous with her time and skills (she'll tell you exactly what's wrong with your look and how she can fix it...and no thanks are necessary!), self-confident to the point of being obnoxious, and genuinely fond of pretty much everyone she meets. Except Jeremiah. He's a jerk.

  • Karli has recently charmed a pet to accompany her on her adventures! Say hello to Beaker!
"He's so pretty!"
Right-hand Monk. "Goodness without dedication is soon undone."

Darting Lynx[edit]

Darting Lynx was once one of Mehnlo's prize students. Utterly devoted to those to whom she deems worthy of her loyalty, dedicated to the principles of maintaining honor and dignity and a faithful servant to Dwayna, Darting Lynx was a monk that prizes personal integrity above all else.

Then she met Jeremiah Vichenburg. The mezmer was imposing in size and bearing, but Darting was seduced by his focus, intensity of character and his seemingly unbreakable willpower. As they started to travel together, Darting Lynx's innocent idealism was slowly but surely corrupted until, these days, her philosophical outlook on life is more nuetral. Loyalty, however, remains Darting Lynx's defining characteristic, and she remains by Jeremiah's side as a companion, confident and advisor despite their differences. Darting has learned how to channel the mentalist powers of a mesmer for herself, making her one of the most indominatable and persistant members of the Followers.

Ranger. "Don't make me kill you. On second thought..."

Julia Kirrel[edit]

A hunter by nature, Julia usually displays all of the cuddly affection and interpersonal skills of her Xenomorphic instincts. Every few years, she finds herself helplessly cocooning, allowing her body to shift forms while her genetic matrix realigns itself and redefines her physiology. This time around, she's a petite blonde who looks like she'd be happiest sunning on a California beach, a fact she loathes.

No one in the Citadel has the kind of victim-of-fate complex that Julia bears. It seems (to her at least) that whatever might possibly go wrong will go wrong, despite the many facts to the contrary. Jilia despises being a human, and is typically only happy when stalking and killing some unwitting prey, or spending time with her on-again-off-again lover, Martin Dias.

  • Julia Kirrel has a pet that sometimes joins her on her quests to give herself some sense of purpose.
