Reason for Buffs/Nerfs/Reverts: The first two skills are far too powerful at VoD. Warmonger's is imbalanced in a 4 vs. 4 scenario.

*I would like some buff ideas, as the Ritualist class lacks much of an identity. Please remember that suggestions should remain within reason.*
