  • State of the Game - Breakdown of what's going on. Useful for people who took a long GW break, or for game balancers who never play.

Keep in mind that these pages are always a work in progress. As the meta changes or as the players' opinions change, so do these lists.

Most of these ideas are mine, but many come from friends, guildies, random people who argue with me in-game, or even suggestions on izzy's talk pages. This is certainly not a community effort, but I try to include the most elegant and thoughtful ideas I see in these lists.

This list is not biased. I play every type of build to gauge how skillful and how effective they are to play, and the ones that allow me to win while half asleep are the ones that usually need addressing. This is not a list of skills I lose to, nor it is a list of the counters to builds I run.

  • This update fixed a lot of the abusability of healchannel rits, which up until now was probably the best build in the game. The interrupt speed scythe attacks take longer to activate, so scythe wielders cannot compress multiple attacks into a small window of time as easily. The nerfs to Aegis, Ward Melee, and BSurge took apart some of the viability of blockway, which was the only way for teams with horrible backlines to drag a match into VoD.
  • No major problems introduced in this update.
