 Two years ago, two of the legendary guardians came together in the Temple of the Ages. They realized that they were trapped by enemies originating from all of the continents; The brute Destroyer forces from the depths, the terrifying nightmares from the realm of torment and the shiro'ken from the sick land of Cantha.
For three days in a row, the two fought so vigorously, that even the enemies became tired. After the third day, at dawn, the enemy retreated to rest.
The legendary guardians were so tired that they fell on their knees and started praying at the shrines of the five gods. After praying as piously as an utterly devoted dervish can be, something incredible happened. A golden ray of light came out the sky and struck the ground with an incredible blast. At the crater it created, there were two glasses with the most powerful elixir a human could handle.
It was a golden beverage which was refreshing and sparkling. When they drank the beverage, they acquired the power of the gods.
The next day they fought with the deathly fingers of Grenth, the muscles of Balthazar, the destructive mind of Lyssa, the pure heart of Dwayna and the gracefulness of Melandru, and the added side effect of burpyness and tunnel vision.
At the end of a long day of harsh, intense fighting, the Destroyers fled in their caverns, all the Shiro'ken ran to the master and all the Nightmares got sucked back into the vortex Abaddon once created!
When the last of the monsters had fled, they sat down to enjoy the last nip of the elixir.
