This is a runner build for the Dragon Festival quests. Invite three people who are too lazy to do the stuff themselves and tell them to get at least one enchantment with very long duration (maintained if possible), so Godspeed's run bonus will have effect. They will have to run with you to talk to the quest NPCs while you do all the fighting in no time.
