Welcome to the Guild Wars Wiki, I'm ninjas in the sky but a few ppl know me as Pie. Did you move in from another wiki? I saw that edit you did in recent changes, you put everytihng in your page in one edit. Ninjas In The Sky 10:35, 23 June 2008 (UTC)

I saw this setup on another page, no very little of wiki editing, just saw what someone else did and mimicked that. I will probably do big clumps of edits, trying not to do little edits all the time :P 000.00.00.00 10:39, 23 June 2008 (UTC)
Lol, that's how I learned to make userboxes xD miicking ftw. Anyways, cool name, I tought u were a IP adress before I saw you weren't 000.00.00.00 Ninjas In The Sky 10:42, 23 June 2008 (UTC)
Yes, my friend dared me to pick something original but it wouldn't allow me to have it in 000.00.00.00 form. When I post on pages it looks right, but [sigh].  :D 000.00.00.00 10:43, 23 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Credit

Just noticed that your user page has used my page structure. I don't mind, however it would be appreciated if you could give credit for this somewhere on the userpage. -- Salome 20:14, 23 June 2008 (UTC)

P.S. Welcome to the wiki and have fun editing! :) -- Salome 20:17, 23 June 2008 (UTC)
The correct way to credit that page would be to user:Lensor and myself. I have a wee user box you can use which you can see below, hope it helps -- Salome 22:59, 23 June 2008 (UTC)
The ever fabulous user pages of Lensor and Salome, helped inspire and structure this page.

Tremendous! 000.00.00.00 23:03, 23 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] I love your name.

And the fact you say "tremendous". Vael Victus Pancakes. 00:50, 24 June 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for that Vael, appreciate it. 000.00.00.00 03:31, 24 June 2008 (UTC)
Question: aren't ip adresses in xXx.XxX.xX.xX format ? Shouldn't it therefor be 000.00[b]0[/b].00.00 ?78.114.173.78 10:39, 30 July 2008 (UTC)
IPs are in w.x.y.z format. If any of those numbers would be more than one digit, it expands to accommodate said digits (for example, 1.27.15.128). The "proper" IP address would therefore be 0.0.0.0. -- Armond WarbladeImage:User Armond sig image.png 21:15, 30 July 2008 (UTC)
True, but I like the nickname, whether it's the correct way of showing it or not ^_^ 000.00.00.00 01:07, 31 July 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Are you

this guy? (contrib) -- Armond WarbladeImage:User Armond sig image.png 12:24, 9 July 2008 (UTC)

That would be "No". 000.00.00.00 16:23, 9 July 2008 (UTC)

[edit] About your page

Hey, I was wondering how you have that one section on your page that scrolls down, without the scroll bar. Id really like to have some of those on my userpage. Also, seeing your userpage made me wonder, do you know a place where I can go to learn how to make my own templates? It would really reduce the text in my userpage edits. Thanks. Neithan Diniem

My character page has a thanks to the player whom the template is from.
As for one section with no scroll bar I think its because of the Guild Wars / Guild Wars 2 suggestion bar, I really need to move it. I really don't know what I'm doing with the Wiki, still learning so I make alot of mistakes ^_^ 000.00.00.00 18:38, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
Or it could be that the text in that section hasn't exceeded the size of the box. 000.00.00.00 18:39, 24 July 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Congratulations on Legendary Survivor..

Ci' An Nirya, :) ... she made it! Congratulations! --Silverleaf User_talk:Silverleaf 10:08, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

Thanks very much. Am very pleased ^_^ But, how did you know? 000.00.00.00 12:47, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
you updated her page, i saw in the picture the HoM statue. 1 + 1 = 2 :). --Silverleaf User_talk:Silverleaf 13:11, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
[smacks self] I'm a twit :P Should have seen that coming. Oh, you're a viewer of Recent Changes?  :P 000.00.00.00 22:49, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
Ehmmmmm....yes...guess i'm busted :). --Silverleaf User_talk:Silverleaf 06:40, 31 July 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Heads Up

I woudl avoid furthwer discussion on User_talk:Linsey_Murdock#You_guys_need_to_get_real_with_GW1. That has to pontential to go south pretty fast and Wyn has alredy asked for an end to that discussion a few times. Just thought I would give ya a heads up =D — Wolf 20:51, 5 October 2008 (UTC)

Yeah, I know, thanks for that. I do tempt fate. ^_^ But, I do appreicate posting cause, for whatever reason, bringing up the modding made something crack in my brain and I remembered my email password and thus my Wiki password. Woot! lol 000.00.00.00 20:53, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
lol, yeah I herd loging was cool! ^.^ I tend to tempt fate too, probably more than is healthy XD — Wolf 20:54, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
Eh, it lets you know you're alive.  :P 000.00.00.00 20:55, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
Yeah, that it does. For a second, I thought I was talking to myself hereWolf 20:56, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
LOL I talk to myself alot, the conversations a bit one sided though. Sometimes not, and then its just arkward ^_^ lol 000.00.00.00 20:58, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
Lol! But seriously, you hold pretty much the same stance and use the same arguements I did not too long ago. — Wolf 21:00, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
Pretty much. There are still a few holes in the stance, and also the response from Anet, but these are things that probably won't change. Sometimes I think I talk just to get issue off my chest, or maybe because if I was in Arenanet position, faced with a community after a loss of the expected Beta, I would have given them something. Not something big, but still something. [shrugs]. Concept art maybe, just a few. You need to keep people interested, not questioning your intentions. That and concept art is sooooo much of a teaser :P 000.00.00.00 21:06, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
Concept art is juts awesome. I'd love to see some no matter when they decide to give it too us. Altough, I think in the end, this will be fore all the better, and we will look back an laugh. Also note, GW2 isnt just for their returning players, they are trying to expand their player base and get more players. While they may be pushing their current players loyalty to the very edge, I think it stands to realay pay off big time. — Wolf 21:08, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
Thats a gamble, and you either gamble if you're secure in your position, or the opposite. Arenanet shouldn't gamble with its player-base, especially when they only thing they've got to gamble on is a 3 or so year old game, especially when there are more immediate MMOs coming on the market. 000.00.00.00 21:27, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
I think its a smart gamble to take. When you don't have any monthly fees to pave your way, you have to keep selling copies. The only way to keep selling copies is to expand your player base. Honestly, I don't think even half the people that have left GW pissed about how GW2 is being handled will stay away forever. — Wolf 21:29, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
If people get annoyed with the handling, they get annoyed with Arenanet. Guild Wars 2 = dead area, Guild Wars = dying area. Not a very good period for business. Sales will be down for Guild Wars. Players will be leaving, and those staying with either be die hard fans or those on the developers back. There isn't that much for Guild Wars to keep people interested. Thats why I want to mod ^_^ Two words: GOLEM challenge ^_^ 000.00.00.00 21:33, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
Lol! — Wolf 21:37, 5 October 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Ping program

Hi, I was wondering about the ping program you are running that you mentioned on Emily's talk page. I'd like to get something like that to try to discover what's going on with some issues (GW and others) that I've been having. --Wyn's Talk page Wyn 16:50, 9 October 2008 (UTC)

Sorry, I should have just mentioned it instead of 'ping program', error on my part. Support got me to download PingPlotter 000.00.00.00 18:50, 9 October 2008 (UTC)
I've just read your mention on Gaile's talk page about the overnight power spike. I don't know what the AC is like down in Christchurch, but up here in Whangaparaoa, just North of Auckland, it can be a bit sketchy from time to time. I got myself a Dynamix UPS650D a while back that smooths over all the issues nicely. It knocks any surges on the head and can keep my PC powered for a while if the AC drops altogether. You might want to keep a UPS in mind if you experience power troubles too often for your liking. ;D -- WarBlade 23:10, 9 October 2008 (UTC)
I should invest in one.. maybe two... my microwave [cries] It was a steady beast, but long in the tooth though. Anyway, thanks for the info, I appreciate it ^_^ New Zealand Guild Wars player FTW lol 000.00.00.00 23:12, 9 October 2008 (UTC)

[edit] >.< throws toys from his cot >.<

Eeek! Stupid lines ruin my page, and now it won't let me upload the full image >.< [throws more toys] Ahhh, that feels better ^_^ 000.00.00.00 22:10, 1 November 2008 (UTC)

I tried taking your image, removing the lines and uploading it for you, but the image upload thing apparently is not working right now (what is that image for, by the way?). Erasculio 22:21, 1 November 2008 (UTC)
I just tried to upload the full image of it but it says the file I'm uploading is empty. Oh, its the start of my new profile, more of a test to see how it actually looks on the page. 000.00.00.00 22:46, 1 November 2008 (UTC)
Woot. Its working now ^_^ 000.00.00.00 01:26, 2 November 2008 (UTC)
I like it. — Wolf 04:33, 2 November 2008 (UTC)
Hopefully. Hopefully, it will get better ^_^ --000.00.00.00 04:48, 2 November 2008 (UTC)
So far, it looks like it is =D — Wolf 01:03, 3 November 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Character Armor

Hey, I was wondering if I could use the template or whatever that you use for your character's armor, also, how do you make 2 rows (one on top of each other) of those boxes or if it hits the each of your browser will it automatically make 2 rows? thanks [1]

[edit] I loled a little

at this "Post author wishes no disrespect to anyone, he believes in equality of sexuality and has gay friends but seriously thinks Paragons have to be one of the GAYEST things Arenanet has ever done" Disclaimer much? XD It reminded me of all the financial stuff at the end of car commercials, and then a funny Kyle Cease sketch. — Wolf 00:09, 12 November 2008 (UTC)

I love Regina's little 'concern' "I'm a little concerned about how well people can discuss this in a mature fashion because of 000.00.00.00's comment about Paragons.". I took my comment and her comment to my friends (one gay) and we all had a good laugh at it/her. My friend then when back to his Paragon, his "yummy" Paragon, to whom he choose because of the 'appearance'. lol ^_^ Good times. We have far more viable discussions about such things, its sad Regina can take things in one way alone. [Shrugs] Though, some people can miss the point of a comment, others could be offended, others could not give a toss, or others could do something else. Beauty of putting your hand up in a crowd I suppose.
Sometimes I worry about Regina... my comment was lol'ed by all my friends, yes even the guy one, Regina not so much. Though, she's not in that loop, I suppose.
I do like my disclaimers, I often do them over Teamspeak before entering missions. Good times ^_^ --000.00.00.00 01:04, 12 November 2008 (UTC)
I do understand Regina's concern tho, as such a comment could be taken major offense of. Several of my friends all think it's gay to wear a kilt, as it's much like a skirt, but Scottsman wear them all the same. From my end, your comment could be taken as insensitive or insulting, as what may seem one way in one culture, is not always seen the same way in another. Most of the time your dealing with a difference in perspective. A person can easily take in a comment or situation from all angles, but still present a very polarized opinion or statement on the matter, even tho it may not be the entirety of their opinion, Situations like this have been the root of many fights between my friends and myself. Trust try to keep as open a mind as possible. If you disagree with someone's comment or opinion, put yourself in their shoes, and try to understand their motives. A very wise man once told me that "Truly knowing someone is being able to non-objectively put yourself in someone else's shoes and see the world through their eyes and walk the world just as they do." — Wolf 01:21, 12 November 2008 (UTC)
Also, throw the term "Devil's Advocate" into the mix. I often find myself playing the part as well. — Wolf 01:25, 12 November 2008 (UTC)
