Account creation is still possible[edit]

I'm not certain if you'd be interested in creating an account. But if you are, you could ask on the Admin noticeboard for it and you'll be able to create one. Of course, you can happily continue to edit as an anon.

- I checked to see if a user was editing via this IP to bypass a current block. CheckUser says this IP belongs to a registered user account that isn't blocked. The user probably either forgot to login or chose to edit without logging in, since the user has alternated between editing via their user account and this IP. --Silver Edge 20:43, 15 February 2015 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it.
We therefore have to use the numerical IP address to identify them. Such an IP address can be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user and feel that irrelevant comments have been directed at you, please create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users.
