Thanks for contributing to the wiki, we're glad to have another contributor, but there's no need to add SoC captures for skills that can be acquired earlier in the game at a skill trainer. For example, with Smite Hex, the skill first can be bought from a trainer in The Amnoon Oasis, but can be captured as early as Gates of Kryta, if the player chooses to do so, so those early-game skill captures are listed, but later-game ones, like in the Far Shiverpeaks in Eye of the North don't need to be, as it would be pointless to buy an SoC from a trainer then cap the skill, when you could just buy the skill straight from the trainer.
