Two things: 1) "Help recruit by whispering leader or officers names of those wanting to join." -- is that really needed as an officer requirement? As an officer, that user can already invite new members. 2) In the info section to the right, there's two links. Did you know you can name those links by using:
[http://www.website.com <Link Name>]
