Signing talk pages[edit]

Not sure if this is a policy under GWW:SIGN, but generally on this wiki we don't indent and put our signatures on a new line. I can't remember, but I'm sure some other user was told this before, just so the pages don't get cluttered. If I happen to be wrong about this, then just ignore me and go on with your wiki life! :D Kokuou 09:58, 16 March 2008 (UTC)

Meh, you can if you want, but it does make your stuff harder to read. Generally people only do that if they make an exceptionally large post with several paragraphs; then the signature on a separate line looks almost natural. Aside from that, people just tack their sig onto their comment's line :p -Auron 10:03, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
Gosh, I'm sorry, even if I don't know whether I have to be. I thought it was much easier to the eye - and as I didn't expect any grand and serious discussion following the only instance I ever did it this way, I didn't expect any harm either; even though I was well aware of the common way to sign on a wiki. So, well then, here you go: - Dantana User_talk:Dantana 14:09, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
You don't have to be, and you don't have to sign like that. I'm just saying what most people do :p -Auron 15:27, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
I see. Well, thanks for pointing that out, anyway :) - Dantana User_talk:Dantana 19:54, 16 March 2008 (UTC)

Where is the turtle?[edit]

I've spent hours looking for the "turtle" in Isle of Meditation, but I can't find it anywhere. Can you please tell me where to find it.

Project Gnome 21:05, 12 August 2008 (UTC)

I'm afraid I can't help you with that. I'm not sure whether I have ever seen one there. Why don't you go asking on Talk:Isle of Meditation or even on someone-a-little-more-savvy-about-turtle-finding's page for a chance if former won't clear things up for you?
I really do wonder how you stumbled on me for an inquiry like this one. -Dantana User_talk:Dantana 15:57, 13 August 2008 (UTC)

Impressive...[edit]

Your language skills are excellent. English, German, French, and Japanese. Usually if people have a lot of languages, I see like "italian, spanish, french", which have strong ties to Latin. But you really have a variety. Just wanted to say it's pretty cool, is all. xP Much love. Vael Victus Pancakes. 19:27, 14 September 2008 (UTC)

Your attention makes me all embarassed! :P I like the variety, you're right. You see, the educational system for teaching English as a foreign language in Germany leaves quite a lot of space for... improving yourself, on your own. I hope this sounds as negative as it is. Well, I guess learning because you want to learn and improve is usually the best way, language wise. Same with Japanese. As for French, it's all school. I could still understand some French TV, but that'd be it. Oh, and I do know Latin, aswell. Want some Seneca?
I'll shut up now, lest I get even more boastful and self-important... - Dantana User_talk:Dantana 17:10, 15 September 2008 (UTC)
