I don't really see how that is the case, seeing as I contributed sporadically and didn't touch anything in GWW: namespace other than voting in elections... I've done considerably more "admin-like" things on Emmett (voting on RfAs, commenting on policy changes, etc.) in my opinion- the only thing I can remember specifically not commenting on was the Feedback stuff and that's because I arrived months into the discussion.
