There are several IM programs that can be accessed with cell phones, as well as things like Twitter. There is absolutely no reason to have this kind of conversation on the wiki. If you want to have a bot account, you need to get bot status from it and approval from the current administration. I don't think they'll give it, because Wikichu has been sufficient for bot tasks, and there really is no further need to designate another bot.
