[edit] Thank you Rappy, for editing my page!

This edit thing is pretty new for me, and I don't know how you saw that I was trying it today, but I see you fixed my page up. That was so nice of you! I couldn't figure it out, but now that it's all set up, I can edit it as needed. By the way, you have a really nice userspace here. Linda092 22:51, 15 August 2008 (UTC)

No problem, glad you liked the change (I hate editing others pages without asking, but I didn't know when you'd be back on) I am willing to help whenever you need, so if you have a question, just ask. There are quite a few of us that can and will help as well. =) — Rappy 18:59, 15 August 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Layout

Your pages are amazing! I know you said the front page was by Galil, but what about the character pages? Is there a free use template? Thanks! --Norrukki 16:37, 16 November 2008 (UTC)

I believe there is, but it's been years since I set it up. I believe it was Lensor that did the original layouts, but I can help you in any aspect of setting them up if you have an idea of how you would like them to look. As far as the Titles and spell listings, I did those myself a year or so ago, and can also help out setting those up.
The original layout I borrowed/stole from here and did some major editing to add other things to it. — Rappy 22:40, 16 November 2008 (UTC)
How do I get the tabs?--Norrukki 04:02, 18 November 2008 (UTC)
Take a look at the code here. — Rappy 04:51, 18 November 2008 (UTC)
By chance can I contact you on an instant messenger of some sort? And http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/User:Norrukki/Shrew_Treehugger there's a link to my first page so far... I created the navbar and tables pages... But I would like my pages to include the Elite Skill favorite too. Also, my page is unaligned.. Can you check it out and give me tips/help? I really appreciate this.--Norrukki 05:27, 18 November 2008 (UTC)
Ah, all there is to do is copy code! Mind if I copy your code for elite skill? (I'll also credit you and Lensor in the main page once I figure out how to make the main page.--Norrukki 05:39, 18 November 2008 (UTC)
Not at all, I was actually going to suggest it. As far as MSN goes... Rappy4178@hotmail.com
You can look at my OLD user page for a main page that sort of goes along with the character pages theme at User:Rappy/Userpage2Rappy 05:42, 18 November 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Small fix

I made a small fix on your User:Rappy/Titles4. --Wyn's Talk page Wyn 06:33, 18 November 2008 (UTC)

Is that why I was getting the trigger loop error? I could have sworn the others were like that as well and couldn't figure out why I kept getting that error. — Rappy 06:44, 18 November 2008 (UTC)
You hadn't included the <noinclude> tags on the preview, so it was being added to your pages. I'm not sure if that is what fixed the template loop, but it did fix how the template inclusion displayed. --Wyn's Talk page Wyn 17:55, 18 November 2008 (UTC)
I assumed the <includeonly> made everything else automatically not included =p — Rappy 20:31, 18 November 2008 (UTC)
I really have no clue about includeonly, I just know that the noinclude worked :D --Wyn's Talk page Wyn 20:33, 18 November 2008 (UTC)
<includeonly> tags mean the content inside will only be displayed when the page is included on another. <noinclude> is the opposite - it prevents content inside it from being displayed in page inclusions. <onlyinclude> is what you were thinking of - only text inside the onlyinclude will be displayed in inclusions. ¬ Wizårdbõÿ777(talk) 20:44, 18 November 2008 (UTC)
I see, the <includeonly> would have worked fine the way I had it for inclusions, but was messing up the viewing of the actual page template (which caused a loop error), so a <noinclude> was needed to view the template page correctly. (Not sure why I didn't realize that) — Rappy 20:49, 18 November 2008 (UTC)
