7 parameters/weapon : skin (or model), campaign, name, requirement, stat, inscription slot, mod slot1, mod slot2. Requirement and stat are always maximum, except for the wintersday weapons : wintergreen, candy cane, ginger bread and peppermint.

A few words about skin families

Skin families are groups of weapons with similar names and models. Complete families always come with all available requirements and are inscribable (with the notable exception of charrslayer weapons, which all come with an inherent mod +20% damage or +10 armor against charrs). Destroyer, Tormented, Deldrimor, Oppressor's and Imperial weapons are available at the end of EoTN, Nightfall(and DoA), Prophecies, WiK and WoC respectively. Norn, Charrslayer and Asuran weapons can be crafted from the appropriate reputation weaponsmith with at least rank 4 in the appropriate reputation title track. Balthazar's weapons are technically the most accessible weapons, available from collectors from Isle of the Nameless. Lastly, Tengu, Undead, Mursaat and Charr weapons are rewards for completing the missions from the Bonus Mission Pack.

Plagueborn and Nightmare weapons can be considered part of the same family due to the similar skin, but the name is different and plagueborn weapons are uninscribable and cannot be upgraded with mods.

Weapons of Purity, despite forming a complete family, don't have their own skin.

Other families (Platinum, Zodiac, Jade, Amber, Envoy, Forgotten, Bronze, Gothic, Aureate, Ancient, Runic, Shadow, Suntouched, Summit, Vabbian, Dead, Desolation, Crenellated and Eternal) form a family but not a complete one since they usually lack some weapons (scythe and spear for Zodiac for example).

9. No requirement, 8 armor. Only Peppermint Shield is inscribable.
10. Shield of Purity is part of Beyond content, share the same skin as Signet Shield (from Eye of the North), but can also come with a Strength requirement.
11. Not available with an inscription slot. Also not available with paragon attributes requirement.
12. The Droknar's Shields share the same model as the Stone Summit Shieldand come in each four requirements. However they are unique and use a different texure.
13. Non-tactics version can only be obtained from the weaponsmith Hulen Hairyback.
14. Tactics version can only be obtained from collectors.
15. Xun Rao's Quill is a unique parrying dagger, and resembles a single stiletto, however for all purposes it functions as a shield with a requirement strength.
