- It doesn't appear to be and we have no evidence of that. In fact, all evidence would point to it being Noctarch, although without an edit from Noctarch saying so, that also can't be confirmed. Pling has stepped in to try and administrate the situation, revert warring over a delete tag won't change anything except fill up RC with a revert war.
