You don't always have to stick too closely to your character. In fact, few players ever do. Let your personality carry into your roleplay whenever you like and have a keen eye on decisions that come up. After our roleplaying you asked if you "weren't too bad" and then there was silence. My apologies, I was semi-AFK getting a drink refill and heating up some food so my apologies if that gave the wrong impression. But if you want a beginning critique, I think you assumed too much. Even after the lesson I gave you about how "you can't know someone's name unless they tell you," you still assumed my character was a margonite and you assumed the very first person you walked up to was the Vanguard member, when H did not describe her at all other than saying she was a woman.
What you SHOULD have done was ask Shizuma, "I'm looking for a member of the Vanguard around Vabbi, do you know any?", something like that. Overall, you did fine. Grammar wasn't terrible and corrected yourself instead of leaving your emotes looking retarded.- Vanguard 20:22, 9 October 2008 (UTC)
