- Despite being a Ranger, this boss uses melee attacks.
- Valetudo Rubor is a single form Titan, that is, he does not spawn other titans after you kill him.
- Shares his spawn point with Tortitudo Probo, Maligo Libens, Moles Quibus and Scelus Prosum.
- All five bosses spawn in the four locations shown. The two western locations is really one large area with three bosses. The other two spawn points have a single boss each.
- In the western spawn points, it may be difficult to find the boss quickly due to the size of the area and number of opponents. Careful pulling of opponents will reveal the boss.

- Valetudo means "good health, soundness", while rubor means "redness, blush". Most probably, it implies that blushing and redness is an indicator of good health.
