Vengeful Aatxes are invulnerable beasts that appear as part of the Unwanted Guests quest in the Underworld. They are a variant of Bladed Aatxes, but do not cause as much damage. Due to them being invulnerable they cannot be targeted with any skills. They do trigger traps as normal and will be affected by conditions caused by those traps, but they will also not take any damage from the traps.
The only way to destroy Vengeful Aatxes is to slay the Keeper of Souls accompanying the group of Vengefuls. After the Keeper of Souls is dead the group of Vengeful Aatxes with him will die immediately if not aggroed. If the players have aggroed the Vengefuls they need to break aggro after which the instant death will trigger.

- The whole party needs to be informed about the perils of Unwanted Guests quest before reaching the Reaper of the Labyrinth. It is important that no member of the party takes the quest unless the party is ready.
