- "Can you help me find my mother? Please? Ever since my father died last year in a quarry accident, she hasn't been well. She waited for him at home, with dinner on the table, for weeks. Then, she began wandering off searching for him, convinced he got lost on his way home. I usually find her before she gets too far, but she must have left home while I worked the mine yesterday. I looked everywhere, but now I think she must have wandered into Lahtenda Bog. That's a dangerous area and I'm no warrior. Please, Sunspear, find my sick mother Bahlya and bring her back to me."
- Accept: "Of course. I shall hurry before it is too late"
- Decline: "I am sorry. If she is in the bog, it may be too late."
- When asked about quest: "Quickly! You must find my sick mother. She won't last long by herself in Lahtenda Bog."
