Objectives[edit]
- Kill Carnak the Hungry in The Black Curtain
- *BONUS* Kill Carnak the Hungry in Hard Mode
- See Princess Salma for your reward
Reward[edit]
- 2,000 Experience
- 500 Gold
- Complete the Base Objective for 7 War Supplies
- Complete the *BONUS* Objective for an additional 3 War Supplies
Walkthrough[edit]
Fight your way south from the Temple of the Ages and head through the swamp. You will encounter another boss point before you get to the target, and beware of drop down foes near to other mobs of enemies. The boss is located beside the Kessex Peak portal.

Initial dialogue[edit]
- Wanted by the Shining Blade
- "Carnak the Hungry often searches farms, caravans, and settlements for contraband - and always seems to find food to consume. Those who object to this glutton's thievery receive a cudgel blow to the forehead... or worse. For murder, theft, and unlawful search and seizure, Queen Salma has issued a bounty on Carnak the Hungry - those brave and skilled enough to dispatch this bandit may collect their reward."
- After completion of The Battle for Lion's Arch
- "Re-create the historical event from the War in Kryta! Carnak the Hungry searched farms, caravans, and settlements for contraband...and always seemed to find food to consume. Those hungry Krytans who objected to this glutton's thievery received a cudgel blow to the forehead...or worse. For murder, theft, and unlawful search and seizure, Queen Salma issued a bounty on Carnak the Hungry, and brave adventures killed him. Dispatch this fiend in this reenactment and earn a royal reward!"
Accept: "I'll do whatever I can to help restore order to Kryta."
Decline: "War! What is it good for?"
Ask: "Bounty hunters who are tracking Carnak the Hungry have sighted him in the Black Curtain. They advise against bringing a Banana Scythe, as Carnak might eat it."
