Walkthrough

Head west out of Lion's Arch or north from D'Alessio Seaboard. There are few enemies along the way and some of them can be avoided. Additional foes will popup as you approach Vakar's location. You can avoid the spawn by pulling Vakar away.

"One of many common brigands that has joined the White Mantle to drain the lifeblood of Kryta, Insatiable Vakar preys upon the commoners of North Kryta Province. This feared and despised bandit cannot be allowed to practice his evil trade in Kryta. Queen Salma offers a bounty to the allies of Kryta who permanently rid the land of Insatiable Vakar."

After completion of The Battle for Lion's Arch

"Relive this classic event from the War in Kryta! One of the many common brigands that joined the White Mantle to drain the lifeblood of Kryta, Insatiable Vakar preyed upon the commoners of North Kryta Province before he was hunted down by command of Salma during the war. Recreate the famed bounty hunt for Insatiable Vakar and claim a royal reward!"

 Accept: "I'll do whatever I can to help restore order to Kryta."

 Decline: "War! What is it good for?"

 Ask: "Insatiable Vakar was last sighted in a small camp in North Kryta Province - kill him and claim the bounty!"
