• Vow of Silence, when cast by a Whirling Wisp, lasts 9 seconds, which a leaves 1 second and 1/4 window of opportunity for casters. If the Wisp uses other skills before reapplying Vow of silence, it is occasionally possible, with precise timing, to use a 2 second casting time spell on the Wisp.
