Yomindhe was a famous Istani scholar. He supposedly died during the Scarab Plague. We learn of his whereabouts in the quest A Mysterious Missive. His only known and surviving work is his journal.

During the quest a Perplexing Plague, under the loose rock the note is signed by him.
