A Zaishen Key is required to open the Zaishen Chest on the Isle of the Nameless.

- Using a key earns 5 points to the Zaishen title, but does not contribute towards the Treasure Hunter title.
- Since a player can only hold a maximum of 100
at any one time, zkeys are used as an alternate currency to facilitate high-value trades, e.g. for hard-to-obtain weapons or miniatures. Other common alternatives include Globs of Ectoplasm and Armbraces of Truth.
