Zilo the Drunkard can be found in the Tihark Orchard mission. Winning a drinking competition against him will fulfill one of the 5 bonuses in the mission.

"None can outdrink the mighty Zilo! All who have tried have fallen comatose at my feet, facedown in their own bile!"

Accept: "You look like the sturdy type. But can hold your own at the bar? I challenge you to a drinking contest!"

Decline: You look like you can drink me under the table any day of the week. Plus, your breath smells like lamp oil. No thanks."

When doing the competition, a progression bar appears that shows how much he already drunk out of his Keg.
