[edit] Notes
- Zoldark does not regenerate health because he is not a boss.
- Despite his skeletal appearance, Zoldark is a fleshy creature and susceptible to Bleeding, Poison, and Disease.
- Zoldark The Unholy has a lot of hit points and he uses a lot of buffs, which increase his armor rating, therefore attacking him directly may be useless. He does not regenerate, either naturally or through skills. It is efficient to kill his minions, as he sacrifices health to revive them and to heal them. When Zoldark revives his minions, he loses 5% of his max health. Once Zoldark hits about 50% to 25% health, he will cease to use Animate Undead, making him an easy kill.
- It is a good idea to keep killing Zoldark's minions until he stops reviving them; at which point you should then turn on Zoldark himself.
- Zoldarks's minions are not considered animated creatures, making skills like Holy Spear, Banishing Strike or Banish less effective than expected, since their condition doesn't trigger.
- Ward Against Melee helps a lot against Zoldark The Unholy and his minions.
- Scourge Sacrifice may prove useful against Zoldark's Animate Undead.
- Due to his Master of Necromancy skill, his Health is sometimes artificially much higher than his base, therefore when this skill ends he will suffer a sudden health drop.
- After defeating him, a Zoldark's Chest will spawn.
