Avatars for the other gods (Discussion)

Abaddon, Dhuum, Menzies and Kormir should have avatar forms.

Why this is a good idea

• Kormir's been around for a while. As for the other forms, in GW1 Charr Prophets and Stone Summit Priests can use Dwayna's Kiss, Scythes of Chaos can use Lyssa's Assault and M.O.X. can use all five avatar forms.
