I've been a fan of Tekken and without the funnuy characters and storyline I would have left it by now, but Guild Wars captured me by their storyline+gameplay but mostly gameplay since the hearty storyline was about prophecies the rest are Ok.
There were some comedic qest but they're not that really funny , you should make the quest funny as were doing it til it complestes, with this , some quests will be taken seriously by GW fans and fans of those ppl who you did a cameo on! It should also have a feel of "I need to do this". Make rewards big and cool :).

- Celebrity pressure
- Magazines posting this stuff saying "a cameo of ... appeared in GW2 (free publicity, but would never happen).
- Anet would have to pay for the celebrities (waste of money)
- By cameo i think you mean reference.
