Why it may not work out

•  <-- makes gear too important to some classes and power would vary from class to class -->
•   Ranger preperations already exist, i dont know y we need an armor slot to make them more overpowered, Try to imagine fighting the necro u just described... buffing damage = runes and inscriptions
