- Issue
- It usless and has to have a blind condition to be alittle usefull
- Suggestion
- Enchantment spell. 5...17...20 sec for every hit you make you deal 5...21...25 damage if you hit a blinded foe all foe near target foe are interrupts and bleed for 5...9...10 sec.
