This item cannot be replicated, as the universal "20% chance of halving casting time of spells" mod is not available outside of the unique Decade weapons and there are no other monk wands that deal chaos damage.

Notes

• Like other equipment with multiple attribute requirements, the damage property will count once no matter how many different requirements are met.
• This wand leaves behind a cutting trail of pink particles with each auto attack when the wielder is not under the effects of a form or tonic. Its auto attack projectiles also leave a trail of pink particles.
• The inherent bonus HCT effect during events is only active during certain events (Canthan New Year, Anniversary Celebration, Dragon Festival, Wayfarer's Reverie, Halloween, and Wintersday).
• Without attribute points invested in Fast Casting, the inherent Fast Casting from this weapon provides a 21% reduction in casting times for spells and signets (only for mesmer skills or skills with a casting time greater or equal to 2 seconds) and a 15% reduction in recharge time for mesmer spells.

Anomaly.Unlike Decade Rod "All the World", Decade Rod "Antipode Alloy", Decade Rod "Undying Service", Decade Staff "Astral Pillar", Decade Staff "Underworld Pillar" and all non-Decade weapons, this wand's appearance is not changed when the wielder is under the effects of a weapon spell.
