This item cannot be replicated for several reasons:

• The universal "20% chance of halving casting time of spells" mod is not available outside of the unique Decade weapons.
• There are no other necromancer staves that deal chaos damage.
• An Adept staff head on a necromancer staff would not affect Spawning Power spells.

Notes

• Like other equipment with multiple attribute requirements, the damage property will count once no matter how many different requirements are met.
• This staff's auto attack projectiles leave a trail of turquoise particles.
• The inherent bonus HCT effect during events is only active during certain events (Canthan New Year, Anniversary Celebration, Dragon Festival, Wayfarer's Reverie, Halloween, and Wintersday).
• Without attribute points invested in Spawning Power, the inherent Spawning Power from this weapon grants creatures you create 20% additional maximum health and increases the duration of your weapon spells by 20%.

Anomaly.Unlike Decade Rod "All the World", Decade Rod "Antipode Alloy", Decade Rod "Undying Service", Decade Staff "Astral Pillar", Decade Staff "Underworld Pillar" and all non-Decade weapons, this staff's appearance is not changed when the wielder is under the effects of a weapon spell.
