Feedback:User/Lain/KeePass Password Safe auto-type feature

This is between a bug report and a feature request, because the problem lies with GW2, but the feature is provided by third-party software. I was directed by support to give feedback on this wiki.

I use KeePass Password Safe to generate random passwords store all my account information. I currently have 201 entries and auto-typing works as expected for everything else (including Starcraft II, Diablo III, Gmail, Steam, and others). Auto-typing is just what it sounds like; automatically entering a username, tabbing to the password box, then entering the password before pressing enter.

When I use the auto-type feature with Guild Wars 2, the tab key (Windows virtual key VK_TAB or 0x09) is not received by GW2, and the account name and password are both entered in the account name text field.

I set up auto-typing by starting GW2, editing my account entry in KeePass, opening the Auto-Type tab, clicking the Add button, and selecting Guild Wars 2 in the drop-down box. My auto-typing hotkey is ctrl-alt-a.

While there is probably a small handful of players who use KeePass, I'd definitely appreciate a fix as this would make logging in more secure and less tedious.

A workaround for now is to only auto-type the password and save the account name (which is less convenient compared to also typing the account name when multiple people use the computer)
