Add black hair color for Faction characters

Dear arena.net,

My suggestion is to give the asian characters the ability to have black hair. For ex, currently, female assassin characters cannot select black hair. Closest to black hair is brownish colour. As far as I know, asian people in great majority have really black hair - not brown, and yet, the most typical asian hair colour cannot be selected in-game.
