- Hmmn. Good point. I'll see if there's a GFDL or other PD version. (Although, I'm sure we have 1000s of fair use images all over the place.)

- I think your interpretation is sound based on the licensing notes at wikipedia: I'm not using it to discuss the real TEF or the album. So, I'm not even sure my usage would be considered fair. Even so, it's still an image owned by the recording company monopolies and ANet can't allow that on the wiki: under the GFDL, someone could consider my usage to allow them to use it elsewhere.
