Celeste X in a very laid back and fun guild, often helpful despite high inactivites. CEL is a guild about friendship rather than serious faction or GvG rating. Wherever possible guild members (although often only the leader and a few officers) have helped each other with various quests and missions and also help other guild's members in the alliance when possible.

History

Formed early 2008 by Malachi Necron (also called Crimson Shade V). Started as a very small guild with high inactivity. The BCM alliance started about June time and at the time was very small, only 3 guilds including CEL. About June or July time Malachi Necron stood down leaving Azak Yijichi as the new leader. The guild cape was changed. The guild flouished and had over 50 members. Shortly afterwards Malachi Necron (now under the name Crimson Shade V) became leader again. However due to inactivity BCM's Leader (at the time)Carrie Senyah, using Crimson's account, with his permission of course, Delegated Munezane Zaraki as the guild leader. This was about September 2008. Under Zaraki the guild lost a lot of members, and had high inactivity. Zaraki promoted a load of active members in an attempt to counter this problem. Zaraki changed the cape to it's current design as well as changing the guild hall from uncharted isle. However after a brief period of guild stability CELs faction dropped very low and Drawde Eccaret (BCM's current leader) threatened to kick CEL. Dark Angel VII and Munezane Zaraki as well as some other guild members faction farmed intensly to get the faction up to 38,000 and to save CEL. More guild members were active by this point (October 2008) however many more were leaving. Realising his plan had failed Zaraki demoted all but the officers that were officers before him (Crimson, Lazarus, Dark Angel, Azak, Tornado) and his most trusted officers Gothika Warrior, Lord Lionx and Zack Uchiha Sasuke. Mid October 2008, with more guild members leaving, no sign of recruitment and faction starting to dwindle again Munezane Zaraki realised he had failed as a leader and left his most trusted officer, Gothika Warrior, in charge of CEL.

Recruitment

CEL has been a small guild with few recruitment drives. Under Azak Yijichi CEL had the highest number of members. Although officers are encouraged to recruit many often don't, one of the reasons why many officers were demoted under Munezane Zaraki. Under Crimson Shade V many inactive members were kicked. Under Munezane Zaraki officers were ordered not to kick anyone due to the high number of members leaving. However it was loosely decided that a 3 month inactivity would result in a kick, decided by Munezane Zaraki and Lord Lionx. However it will be up to the new leader, Gothika Warrior, whether or not to kick members and if so how long they must be inactive for before being kicked.

Promotion

Under Munezane Zaraki the guild saw it's highest number of promotions, however as many of these new officers had not recruited or done GvG in a month and with members still leaving, Zaraki demoted many of those he had promoted, leaving 8 officers. To get promoted in CEL you must prove yourself by, for example, finding new members for officers to recruit, having high activity, being friendly and helpful, faction farming a lot etc. The most guarranteed method of getting promoted is high activity and being friendly to at least the guild officers and leaders although rudeness to any member will not be tolerated.
