Recruitment

Eires Hopes, is currently welcoming people join our guild regardless of their level, experience, rank, age, race however we do expect all members to meet the guilds and guild wars rules of play. There is no real requirement to be recuited into EIRE except that all members should be active at least two to three times a week and must also be friendly with all other members and alliance members.Unlike many other guilds The Eires Hopes [EIRE] do not take part in recruitment drives in towns/outposts as a rule. We employ a method of recruiting only those we play with or those we help in game. This method allows us to gather members that we believe meet our ideals and goals or could benefit from our advice & help. Recruitment can be done by any member, we are not looking for guild-hoppers or beggars (though established members are usually willing to help each other out from time to time with weapons or funds for armor when a bit short, etc. when able). What We Look For In Members

What we are looking for in members are as following: (Desire to have fun)( Sense of humor)(Want to try new things as a guild. Meaning trying different builds, different mixes of professions for missions, etc... )(Knowing when to be serious and when its ok to mess around.)(Mature).

We at [Eire] tend to run "balanced" builds. We also enjoy coming up with our own flavors.

Tactics Guild

We are a Guild Wars,Guild which plays mostly PvE, but we also play Faction Alliance battle

Activities

Guild Activies are many and varied in Team Eire, which supports an independent or group play style, as the guild prefers. Sometimes people want to play by themselves when they log in, sometimes people want to play with guildies. Both are acceptable. Many of our active members have all three Guild Wars campaigns, however, this is not a requirement but an advantage. The guild is going to start pushing to be a gaming clan for various games, not just guild wars.

Some of the group based activities are:

Some things we are going to start trying:

• GvG

Occasional GvG outings do occur, but this is generally as there is interest and there has not been much. Most GvG is done by small group basis.

Guidelines

There are no rules such as faction farming, gold contribution, etc. The only thing expected is to treat fellow guild members with courtesy.

• Inactivity with no notice past a month will/may get you booted. This is waived however if you inform someone you will be gone for an extended period of time. Granted, this is if your excuse isn't something stupid like "I'm going to be playing WoW."
• No Scamming.
• No Spamming local, guild or alliance chat.
• No Drama. If you want to fight with someone, do it where no one can see you.
• No Mooching. Especially if you're a new member, trust must be developed first.
