Elysian Fields Ronin was formed June 28, 2005 by the combined efforts of Jessica Wayside and Ian Deathscar. The name of the guild, in basic terms, means "those who were cast out [ronin] from heaven [Elysian Fields]." This is not a promotion of certain beliefs; it's simply a moniker we chose to end the prolonged agony of choosing a guild name. Besides that, it sounds nice.
We mostly play PvE, but we have always wanted to PvP and would if we had more members. With that said, EFR is open for members who aren't trippin' balls.
Recruitment
The only essential criteria for aspiring EFR members are loyalty and a moderate to high level of Guild Wars activity, meaning new members will not desert the guild shortly after joining or reduce their play time to an infinitesimal amount. EFR wants to grow, but we can't do so if we do not have dedicated players.
