General Information

The Type Of Guild

The Immortal Shadow Guild is a Mercenary Guild, and will gladly assist an other player in any way the player wants, for gold. The amount of gold would vary, depending on how much is the Contractor wanted to be done. This can be anything from collecting an Item for a quest in lieu of the Contractor, or aiding the Contractor in getting to whichever town they want.

The History Of The Guild

The History of the Guild is short, the Guild was Founded in the year 2005, on the date the 23rd of September, by one Shadow Immor. At first, the Guild had trouble getting members, people would join and Immediately leave again. But now, two years on, the Guild enjoys a few members, with a focus on Recruitment at the moment.

The Goals Of The Guild

The Main Goal of The Immortal Shadow Guild is so that the Members feel secure and safe that they can always call a friend to their side. And that other players may enjoy this Camaraderie, if they so wish to join up. The Guild's other goals include aiding others where needed, (for a price) and becoming an Influential Guild within Guild Wars (as I'm sure is the aim of all Guilds within Guild Wars). The Immortal Shadow Guild is also aimed at completing the Contracts set to it by Contractors.

Hierarchy

The Hierarchy of The Immortal Shadow Guild is simple.

4th Tier - Guild Members

A Guild Member may not issue orders, but must complete orders given to them by any Officer (any order considered unfair must be put into either the Guild Master directly, or their Overseeing Officer)

3rd Tier - Guild Officers

A Guild Officer can issue orders to any Guild Member, but not another Officer.

2nd Tier - Overseeing Guild Officers

An Overseeing Guild Office is a member of The Officers who has Invited players. These Players are then the Responsibility of their Overseeing Officer. An Overseeing Officer's Orders overrides another Officers orders ONLY for the Overseeing Officers Charges (the members they have invited)

1st Tier - Guild Master

The Guild Master may issue orders to ANY other Guild Member or Guild Officer, and these orders Override all other Orders.

Generally, all orders must be followed from any Tier above ones own. The rule is follow orders from the 1st Tier down (1st the 2nd etc)

An Overseeing Officer is an Officer who has invited people to join the Guild, and these people have joined up. These people must Report Completion of Contracts to their Overseeing Officer, and any queries, comments or complaints go to the Overseeing Officer. (If the complaint is ABOUT the Overseeing Officer, it should go to the Guild Master directly)

Recruitment

The Head Of Recruitment - Zapharia Ravenhall (AKA Lady Zapharia)

If anybody wishes to Join the Immortal Shadow Guild, you must talk to either Guild Master Shadow Immor, Or any of the Officers. Generally, there is a small fee (50 gold) to be paid to Aid in the Inviting Cost, but this can and WILL be refunded once you complete your first Task for The Guild, (Usual pay of 100 gold)

Pay

The Immortal Shadow Guild DOES pay it's members for acting out the Will of The Guild if a particular Member does a Contract (given to them by their Overseeing Officer or the Guild Master)

Pay is generally given directly from the Guild Master for successful completion of any Order (some Orders do not have pay attached to them for instance Recruitment for an Officer only has pay when a certain number of new Members have joined under that Officer)

Criteria

You must be hard working and not have a problem with being given Tasks. All levels are welcome in the Guild, and no-one is ostracised. If you are considering joining this Guild, feel free to whisper any Officer or the Guild Master, in addition to the already mentioned Criteria, you must be willing to pay 50 gold as the entrance fee, once this is paid, your Overseeing Officer (the person who invited you) will take you out until you've earned that fifty Gold back from Adventuring.
