Started in mid to late summer, 2008, the Knights of Lycoris was founded around a group of friends that broke off of a bigger guild. The opening vow was to the destruction of drama and power plays in a guild, and just to plain have fun in this magnificent game. (Although it was something more like "Any drama makers are getting kicked.").
We aren't hardcore gamers, we just enjoy playing the game and having a lot of fun while we're at it. The guild fluctuates in size constantly, as the leader, Red, prefers to have a small but deadly group, rather than a monster guild like LaZy, YaRR, etc. Red is also enjoying referring to himself in third person.
Should you be interested in gaming with us, contact The Red Wizzard in game. If want to join, leave your prejudices and hatreds at the door please. If you have a problem with someone in the guild, hash it out with them. If it doesn't solve things, get an officer or Guild Leader to look into it. We want as little problems as possible, so please work with us.
We are mainly PvE, with a few adventures into PvP along the lines of Alliance Battles. We play through campaigns regularly, and are currently forming teams to tackle the elite missions. Particularly of interest at the moment is the Deep and Urgoz Warren.
Recruitment
We will be recruiting in game as normal, although please note if you've seen this webpage before joining. It means to me that you're actually doing research into our humble guild, and I take that as better than the people who whisper you with simple "I'll join" Also, as I just said, if you're going to run with us, please send me a whisper with something more interesting that "I'll join" It's kinda boring, and doesn't tell me anything about you. =P
