As our guild's name suggests, we are a bunch of well aged GW players. The average member is about 40 years old. We all gained some expirience joining the beginners guilds full of kiddies - which didn't really fit our way of playing the game... So someday a few seniors created their own guild and quickly found some other mature players which favored the cosy atmosphere of our family-like guild. None of us takes the game too serious - real life always comes first.
Recruitment
We aren't actively recruiting. Most of our new members are friends or colleagues of existing members. You have only one requirement to meet: You have to be at least 30 years old. The final decision about beeing accepted is made during a "entrance examination" on our TS-channel.
