Tankin Fun is a home away from home. Since 2007, we have established ourselves as a community which is warm and mature. Members explore multiple worlds together and help each other in our gaming passion. We care more about the players themselves than the way your character is built - a solid attitude, and a caring heart will make you alot of friends here.
In this guild you can find quite a few members online on at any time/day of the week. We are currently more focused on PvE activities although we do attempt to organise PvP whenever there is interest.
== Recruitment ==We welcome all GW players who are from North America or from neighboring countries. We also welcome players from countries further away, but it needs to be noted that our timezone is GMT-8 (PST), so it may prove inconvenient.
New guild members will be evaluated on their behavior and also how well they are getting along with the rest of the guild. Provided that there are no incidents (either internally or externally) Guildies are welcome to stay.
Requirements
To join, we have the following requirements:
- You need to be recommended by a guild member.
- You need to be a team player and willing to assist others in need when called for.
- Friendly, active, and a passion for games.
At the moment, we welcome players of all professions, although this might change in the future.
Inactivity and leaving the guild
It is important to note that a prolonged inactivity period of over 7 days(1 Week) without any prior notice is grounds for being kicked from the guild. It is a member's responsibility to give early notice of any prolonged periods of inactivity. We encourage members who foresee being mostly inactive for a period of over 1 month to consider leaving the guild temporarily, to make way for potential new members.
Members who have left the guild voluntarily due to inactivity are automatically reinstated when they return, provided they left in good standing with other members of the guild. Members who plan on leaving this guild are required to notify the guild prior to quitting. Members who quit without notification will be considered to have left with bad standing, and this will be considered in future re-recruiting.
Additional notes
- Immediate family members of guild members will be given priority.
- If you are selling your GW account to someone else, please let us know in advance and, preferably, leave the guild prior to selling. This is to prevent the new owner from gaining automatic guild membership.(Note: The act of selling a GW account is also illegal and in violation of the EULA and Tankin Fun[AOET] does not support any individual in such activities.)
