Team of the North [EotN] was founded by Gargoil Grimheart the 16th of July, in order to prepare for the multi-level dungeons in Eye of the North. He founded it with Jung Arenth, who sadly stopped playing Guild Wars almost two months after creating the guild. The guild's purpose was to clear Dungeons, Domain of Anguish, Fissure of Woe, The Underworld, Hard Mode Missions etc.
After an incident June 22nd 2008, a lot of the best guild members left with many officers to create a new guild.
The leader understood that there wouldn't be anything left of the guild, so he kicked the remaining members, and designated his friends account to guild leader. About one and a half month later (August 5th 2008) Gargoil decided he wanted to rebuild Team of the North. Now he's trying to gather as many old guild members as possible and start over again, but this time Team of the North is going to become what it was meant to be.
After one month the guild was disbanded again. The guild had lost it's faith in returning the old members from Clades Gravior Omnibus [Nos], so both the leader, vice leader and several members left to join them. After one and a half month, the old leader left because this was not a guild he wanted to play in. The guild was started up again January 25th when The United Crusaders broke down. Officers and members joined the leader to rebuild the guild to what it once was, and to be able to play those Hard Mode and Elite Areas they were not able to play very much before.
Now, the leader makes a final attempt to recreate what he once gave birth before the story ends in Guild Wars and moves on to Guild Wars 2.

Main rules of the guild
General Rules:
- Polite language in VoIP (Saying the F-word or just swearing a lot in all senteces are not allowed)
- Problems are not to be solved in GC or AC (Fighting with another member? Solve it in the whisper channel)
- Using bots or other cheat programs are not allowed in Team of the North (If you're using a bot, you'll be kicked instantly without a warning and be reported to Arena.net)
- Everyone who's breaking the rules in our guild, shall be reported to the guild leader or to an officer (Even if it's your best friend)
- If you're going offline more than 5 days, it shall be reported in the AWOL forum! (Or else we'll kick you because of inactivity after 2 weeks)
- Acting offensive against another member of the alliance or guild are not allowed
- If you request help from someone, you should be ready to pay back the favour if he/she requests it
- Officers and Leader shall deal warnings to the members breaking the AC rules directly in AC where everybody can see it
- Guild hopping in the alliance or other guilds are not allowed
- Do not call anyone "noob" in either Team of the North or alliance
Chat Rules:
- Please do not start or encourage fights in AC or GC
- No Spam is allowed in any chat! (Our definition of spam is that you write the same thing twice or more in a short time.)
- Restricted WT/X messages in AC and GC (Sample: "WTS req. 9 Stormbow, 60k", the rest is taken care of in Private Messages)
- English are the only language to speak in GC and AC.

- If a fight breaks out in the alliance chat, report to the guild leaders or any guild officer of the members who're fighting.
- CAPS lock are not allowed in AC or GC (CAPS LOCK MAKES YOUR TEXT LOOK LIKE YOU'RE REALLY ANGRY LIKE THIS)
Recruiting information
What we require from you as a player:
- That you're active in GC/AC
- That you're european
- Active (online 4-7 days per week)
- That you're online at least 44 hours per month (about one and a half hour per day)
- PvE or PvX (If PvX, we want you to play most PvE)
- Unlocked Hard Mode in every campaign
- Have interest in maxing titles
- That you're following our rules
