The founding members of the guild are:-
The Silver Sister (Leader), Caeser Lington (Officer), Oni Li (Officer), Ranger Reincara (Officer).
The Guild was set up for a place for players to enjoy any or all of the 4 games of Guild Wars, in either PVP or PvE. It is not a hard core guild designed to chase after the towns in the Factions game, but more of a place to have fun playing and helping others who enjoy the game. So that you have an idea of the kind of guild i wish this to become, when i recruited Ceaser Lington, Ranger Reincara and Oni Lii, i then offered it up to a vote on whether we should go for lux or Kirz. We also visited some of the guild halls to deceide on which one we should have. So this is not a guild where one person deceides all things, but where all players have a voice in important deceisions that have to be made.
TRIVIA. After the first day of setting up the guild, officer recruitment etc, i logged off feeling quite pleased. I then realised that if i had called the guild "The Blue and Red Empire" our tag would have been "Bare". lol. I don't know if that would have been better or worse. - The Silver Sister.
Recruitment
There is no joining criteria to join The Red and Blue Empire, only a willingness to play and help others. If you wish to, you may buy factions points but it is not a requirement. Nor will you be kicked out of the guild if you have not played within 2 months, as i have had done to me. I tend to play solid for a few months and then leave the game alone for a month or two. The only time you will be kicked out is if we ever get that full (100) and we have people interested and players have not played for over 6 months. The only other reason would be that you left of your own accord, which you are free to do so with no ill will. - The Silver Sister.
