Witness Rastin is looking to purify the area by performing a special ritual, but he needs special items crafted.

- Take Rastin's request to Artisan Daved in Old Ascalon.
- Deliver the Scribe's supplies to Witness Rastin in Old Ascalon.

Walkthrough[edit]
Head south from Witness Rastin along the main road. You'll encounter some Gargoyles, a Hulking Stone Elemental or two, some Devourers, and a couple Grawl. After you crest the top of the hill, turn southwest and speak with Artisan Daved. He'll take the list and give you the items. Head back to Rastin and give him the supplies.

Initial dialogue[edit]
- Witness Rastin
- "Unseen Ones protect you. This land has seen much tragedy. Even in this place, I feel the spirits of the dead, filled with confusion and anger. I can consecrate this ground, so that the dead may have some peace, but I will need very special items for the ceremony. I believe there is a craftsman here in Old Ascalon called Artisan Daved, who is capable of fashioning exactly what I need. Would you take this list to him and bring back the supplies he gives you?"
Accept: "I'd be happy to help."
Decline: "This is beneath me."
Ask: "Please take my request to Artisan Daved. The journey should not be difficult for a such as yourself.[sic] He is here in Old Ascalon, not far from Sardelac Sanitarium."
Intermediate dialogue[edit]
- Artisan Daved
- "Let me see that. A list of things for Witness Rastin, looks like. I must say, you're lucky I've got all of this here. Some unusual requests, indeed. Well, there you go. That's everything on his list.
- While you're here, you might want to see if I can make anything you need. Any town or city will have crafters and weaponsmiths, but artisans like myself are not so easy to come by."
Reward dialogue[edit]
- Witness Rastin
- "Thank you. These supplies from Daved should suffice. Rest assured, soon the spirits of the dead shall be granted the peace they deserve. Such are the blessings of the Unseen Ones."
Notes[edit]
- This quest can be completed in conjunction with Gargoyle Trouble and Counting the Fallen (to make things easier).
- You may have to speak with Artisan Daved twice. If you speak with him and the green arrow over his head is still present, speak with him again to get the supplies.
