Underpowered Skills[edit]

Channeling Magic[edit]

Elites

10 Energy1 Activation time8 Recharge time - (Channeling Magic) - Elite Spell. "Target foe and all nearby foes take 10...54...65 lightning damage. If you are within earshot of a spirit or holding a bundle item, you gain 10 Energy.

Note: The time recharge is good, but compared to Spirit Rift it is pretty useless, even with an energy-management. Also, the damage is not so high, even if this affects nearby foes.

5 Energy1 Activation time8 Recharge time - (Channeling Magic) - Elite Weapon Spell. For 5...17...20 seconds, target ally gains 5...41...50% more adrenaline and 1 Energy whenever that ally successfully hits with an attack.

Note: Pretty useless as an Elite Weapon Spell. It doesn't really help the bearer, and it is not enough offensive for a Channeling Magic Skill.
Non-Elites

10 Energy¼ Activation time10 Recharge time - (Channeling Magic) - Weapon Spell. For 5...13...15 seconds, you attack 25% faster.

Note: No really good use. Only useful with some Spirit Strength's based builds. No possibility to cast it to an ally.

5 Energy¼ Activation time3 Recharge time - (Channeling Magic) - Spell. Target Spirit loses all Energy. You gain 15...27...30% of that Energy.

Note: Energy gain is low. Target Spirit loses all its energy with this spell, so you can't use this spell easily. Some other Channeling skills can do better e-management.

10 Energy2 Activation time20 Recharge time - (Channeling Magic) - Spell. Target foe is struck for 10...82...100 lightning damage, and all Spirits near you gain 10...82...100 Health.

Note: Time recharge too high. Signet of Spirit can heal spirits better and with a shorter time recharge. Also, some other Channeling Skills can do better damage over time.

5 Energy1 Activation time20 Recharge time - (Channeling Magic) - Spell. If target foe is within earshot of a corpse or Spirit, that foe takes 15...63...75 damage.

Note: Even if it's a damage ignoring spell, the recharge is too high to be used with ease.


Restoration Magic[edit]

Elites

5 Energy1 Activation time20 Recharge time - (Restoration Magic) - Elite Item Spell. Hold Xinrae's ashes for up to 15...51...60 seconds. While you hold her ashes, you cannot lose more than 20% of your max Health from a single hit. When you drop her ashes, you steal 5...41...50 Health from all nearby foes.

Note: No utility. Monk's Enchantments (Protective Spirit) are better. The effect when you drop these ashes is very poor.

5 Energy3 Activation time20 Recharge time - (Restoration Magic) - Elite Binding Ritual. Create a level 1...8...10 Spirit. Every 4 seconds, this Spirit heals one non-Spirit ally in the area for 10...94...115 Health. This Spirit dies after 90 seconds.

Note: A little weak to heal allies. The heal is random, but the global idea seems good enough to be an Elite.
Non-Elites

5 Energy1 Activation time6 Recharge time - (Restoration Magic) - Spell. Target ally is healed for 15...63...75 Health. If that ally is under the effects of a weapon Spell, that ally loses one Condition.

Note: Time recharge a little too long for its conditional effect. Primary Heal is acceptable, but the conditional heal is useless: Mend Body and Soul is more effective to remove a condition.
