Parameters

1 - UTC Offset

Your timezones offset from UTC. (I.E. -5)

Default is UTC+0.

2 - Whether DST is observed

yes if you do, no if you don't.

Default is no.

3 - DST Start

The day DST starts in your area, in the MM.DD format.

Default is 03.11 (March 11^th; The median of the American dates.)

4 - DST End

The day DST ends in your area, in the MM.DD format.

Default is 11.04 (November 4^th; The median of American dates.)

cache

If set to no, this user-box's time will always be current at the expense of disabling caching on the page.

Default is yes.

With this on (yes), the time displayed may be incorrect do to caching. Also note, caching is usually good.

Any parameter may be omitted, but if you set one, all parameters before it must also be set, with the exception of cache.
